Drone footage shows vast stretches of land – fern, gorse, and bracken are all burning across a challenging 5km area. Despite the determined efforts, the complex terrain and shifting winds are making things difficult for the heroic crews.

A quick shout-out to all the partner agencies working alongside the fire service, including Natural Resources Wales and local authorities, showing just how essential teamwork is during crises like this.

Let’s keep the emergency routes clear and stay safely away from the area while the professionals do their job! And please, only ring 999 if you spot a separate fire, as every call counts!
