Heartbreaking news from Cwmbran: Jacqueline Davies, a spirited and independent 75-year-old, tragically lost her life after being run over by her own car. Known for her honesty and determination, Jacqueline’s family describes her as a strong woman who inspired everyone around her.

On July 6, while outside her home in Bryn Milwr, Hollybush, Jacqueline left her vehicle to move a cat that was in front of her red Ford Fiesta. Unfortunately, the handbrake failed on a slope, causing the car to roll forward and seriously injure her. Despite being rushed to the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff by paramedics, Jacqueline sadly passed away the next day.
Her family is now reaching out to the community, appealing for any information that could shed light on this tragic accident. They’re grappling with unimaginable heartbreak and the desperate need for answers.
