🚨 Swansea City Transfer Update! 🚨
With the new season just around the corner, the Swans are busy fine-tuning their squad. Four new faces have arrived, but departures are making headlines this summer. Liam Cullen could reunite with former boss Russell Martin at Leicester, and Sam Parker’s headed to Wycombe Wanderers on loan for more game-time. Both moves are about getting more minutes on the pitch.
We could see more exits too, as Florian Bianchini and Ollie Cooper might find it tough to break into the first team next season. Bianchini missed the pre-season trip to Austria, sparking rumours of a fresh start elsewhere. Despite featuring in pre-season, Cooper’s squad competition could limit his appearances.
Winger Ronald is attracting interest from Premier League side Coventry City, though no approach has been made yet. Star striker Zan Vipotnik is also on the radar of several clubs, but Swansea’s £20m valuation is a big hurdle. No signs of him pushing for an exit, and he might play against Leganes after recovering from a knock.
Swansea are looking to strengthen with a new left-sided defender and possibly a central midfielder. Ethan Pye popped up as a potential target, but his new contract at Stockport County makes a move unlikely.
Swansea’s pursuit of Charleroi’s Yacine Titraoui fell through as he aims to play at a higher level. Premier League sides Leeds United and Hull City are also in the mix for him. Reports from Spain suggest interest in Valencia’s Andre Almeida, though details are sketchy. The links to Rangers centre-back John Souttar are also uncertain.
As the transfer window drama unfolds, keep an eye out for more updates on Swansea’s quest to craft the perfect squad for the upcoming season! ⚽️✨
