**Tragic Discovery at Aberporth Beach**


This morning, Aberporth Beach in Ceredigion was the scene of a sad discovery. Emergency services, including the Dyfed-Powys Police, paramedics, RNLI, and UK Coastguard, were called to the popular Welsh spot when a body was found in the water.

At least four police vehicles were noted at the scene, and a section of the coastal path was cordoned off while investigations took place. The authorities have confirmed that the death is not being treated as suspicious. The deceased’s next of kin have been informed and are being supported during this difficult time.
A spokesperson for Dyfed-Powys Police stated: “We received a report that a body had sadly been found in the water off the coast of Aberporth at around 10.30am today. The next of kin have been informed and are being supported by officers. The death is not being treated as suspicious.”
The matter has been referred to Her Majesty’s Coroner for Ceredigion for further assessment.
