To the delight of onlookers, the city centre was transformed with police and military vehicles zooming past, while extras dashed through the streets, loud bangs echoed in the air, and smoke swirled around. Commuters and tourists alike paused their routines to catch a glimpse of the web-slinger himself, along with stars Tom Holland and Zendaya.

The film crew didn’t disappoint, delivering an exhilarating spectacle that had pedestrians cheering once the shoot wrapped up around 5:30 pm. As the crew packed up their gear, the city’s excitement lingered, with many fans celebrating the fact that Glasgow’s iconic streets are set to play a role in the latest Marvel Cinematic Universe adventure—the 38th film in the epic saga!
