Katie Price is clearing the air! The 47-year-old celebrity mum expressed her surprise at not being “allowed” to join her daughter, Princess Andre, 18, in her upcoming ITV documentary, The Princess Diaries. Despite rumours, Katie insists there’s no rift between them. “Princess is my best friend,” she shared on her podcast, emphasising they’ve never had an argument.

Katie explained the situation, noting that their shared management is the reason she’s been sidelined. “When I was with Pete [Princess’ dad, Peter Andre], we were both under the same management, and their control extended to every aspect of our public life,” she said. Princess, having signed with the same team, finds herself in a similar setting.

Katie’s absence isn’t due to personal choice but rather restrictions placed on her involvement. “I’ve not been welcome at photoshoots or signings,” Katie lamented. She wants to support Princess but doesn’t want her daughter to feel torn between career and family.
Katie shared her thoughts with Princess, wishing she could be there. “I should be right by your side cheering you on because I’m your mum, and I’m proud of you,” she stated passionately. Expressing her frustration, Katie added, “It’s insulting because, with 30 years of industry experience, who better than me to support her?”
Katie wrapped it up, “Everyone knows she’s my daughter, so what difference does it make?” Despite the hurdles, her support for Princess remains unwavering.
