🚨 Drama in Wattstown! 🚨 Armed police, along with a helicopter, swooped down on a property in this usually quiet village after a report of a man allegedly strutting around with a handgun in his jeans. It all began on Sunday morning when South Wales Police received a call about the suspicious sight in Ynyshir. Despite a thorough search, nobody fitting the description was found.
Fast forward to Tuesday, and officers were back in action at Hillside Terrace, Wattstown, as part of their ongoing investigation. Locals reported seeing numerous armed officers and even experienced temporary road closures while the situation unfolded.
As of now, no arrests have been made and inquiries continue.
