Tragedy struck on the morning of August 21st in the Riverside area of Cardiff. A woman in her 30s was found seriously injured and sadly pronounced dead at the scene on South Morgan Place. Our thoughts are with her loved ones during this difficult time.
Police have swiftly acted, arresting a 37-year-old man known to the victim on Seawall Road shortly after the incident. He remains in custody, and authorities have confirmed they’re not searching for anyone else in connection.
Detectives are urgently appealing for witnesses and dashcam footage, especially focusing on any movements involving a grey Ford Fiesta. Were you in the area? The police are particularly interested in anything around South Morgan Place, Seawall Road, Wellington Street, Clare Road, Penarth Road, and East Tyndall Street between 7.30am and 8.30am.
