Initially dismissing his romantic advances, Clare—who was once his agent—found herself charmed by Tommy’s unbreakable determination. Tommy jokes about his journey to Clare’s heart, saying, “She eventually gave in and decided to give me a chance. I didn’t mess up after that!”
Their professional relationship soon blossomed into love, and despite early scepticism from others in their circle, the couple have proved that age is just a number. Clare admits she was a bit worried about public perception at first, but as she puts it, once they fell in love, “that’s it.”
Since marrying in 2017, Tommy and Clare have built a beautiful family, with their little one and Clare’s two older sons from a previous relationship. Although Clare wasn’t present to see Tommy clinch his first PGA Tour victory in Atlanta, her unwavering support and belief in him are always in tow. 🏆
