💔 **Family Holiday Takes Devastating Turn for Gran in Turkey** 💔

Gill Taylor-Scarth, a 56-year-old grandmother, embarked on a much-anticipated family holiday to Turkey, a trip that her late husband Kevin had organised. However, tragedy struck when Gill, who has been bravely battling a brain tumour, collapsed at their hotel in Hisaronu.

Despite being cleared for travel, after managing her condition with steroids, Gill’s health sharply declined shortly into the holiday. She began feeling unwell, experiencing symptoms like headaches and severe imbalance. A local doctor advised urgent hospitalisation, where the family received heartbreaking news: Gill requires surgery, but even in the best scenario, she faces complete paralysis due to the tumour’s position.

Gill was moved to Antalya Hospital, and her daughter Sophie, alongside her sisters, are desperately trying to bring their mum back to the UK for proper medical care. The family is exploring a medevac flight, offering rapid medical transport back home, but the cost is an eye-watering £50,000.
🆘 **How You Can Help:** Sophie has set up a GoFundMe page in a bid to raise the necessary funds to bring Gill back safely. If you’re able, please consider donating to help reunite Gill with her family back in Liverpool, where she can receive the necessary treatment at The Walton Centre.
The entire family is devastated and anxious as they face this overwhelming challenge. Having lost Kevin so recently, they are clinging to hope to bring Gill home, ensuring she receives the loving care she deserves. Sophie’s plea is simple: “We just want to get her home. I don’t want her to die there.”
🙏 Let’s come together to support Gill and her family during this critical time. Any contribution could make a world of difference. Please share and spread the word.
