Unfortunately, the only solution offered was an upgrade—at an extra cost. Her incredibly supportive sons pitched in, with one even dipping into his savings, to help her escape the claustrophobic confines. 👨👩👦❤️
The ordeal left Alison feeling “depressed and scammed,” and she took to social media to share her shock and disappointment. Feedback poured in, with many echoing her sentiments. Some were appalled by the size of the room, likening it to a prison cell! Others, however, felt for the price she paid, there was little room for high expectations. 🤔
Despite Jet2’s assurance that their team and the hotelier did what they could, Alison’s experience remains a topic of debate. Jet2 is now investigating and promises to get back to Alison soon.
