A 21-year-old from Caerphilly has been in court over some serious allegations! After a concerning video surfaced on YouTube, Oliver Beynon found himself at Newport Magistrates’ Court. The video allegedly contained threats to harm students at a college in Merthyr Tydfil. Charged with sending communications threatening death or serious harm, Oliver didn’t enter a plea.
