🚨 Late-night collision on the M4 sends two drivers to hospital 🚨

A serious crash took place late Friday night on the M4 in South Wales, leaving two drivers in hospital. The incident occurred westbound between junctions 36 and 37, causing quite the commotion on the typically busy road.

Eyewitnesses reported seeing a car overturned as emergency services, including police, fire crews, and paramedics, arrived at the scene shortly after 10:30pm. The police confirmed that two vehicles were involved in the crash, and both drivers were transported to hospital. Thankfully, both are reported to be in stable condition, and their injuries aren’t thought to be life-threatening.

The westbound stretch of the M4 was temporarily closed following the accident, but it was reopened in the early hours of Saturday after the vehicles were safely recovered. While road closures are never ideal, we’re grateful for the speedy work of the recovery teams and emergency services.
Drive safe out there, everyone! 🚗💥🚒 Let’s keep the roads safe for all.
