Tragic news from Hitchin Town. Two men have sadly lost their lives during an accident involving glass panels being unloaded from a lorry. A third man was also injured, but thankfully his injuries are minor. This unfortunate event occurred in the car park of Hitchin Town Football Club on Saturday afternoon. Hertfordshire Police rushed to the scene after receiving reports of serious injuries around 2 pm.
The situation is currently under investigation to uncover what exactly went wrong. Our hearts go out to the families and friends of those affected. The community will rally around to provide support and comfort during this tough time.
