Last year, Billy Moore took the vehicle without consent and ended up smashing it into a property in Clos Celyn. Now, he’s facing some serious charges including aggravated vehicle taking, property damage over £5,000, dangerous driving, and possession of cannabis. All of this while he was just 17! 🎢
During the recent court hearing, Moore, who attended with his mum, admitted to the charges while rocking a black hoodie in the dock.
