🚨 Boat Bandit Strikes Again! 🚨

Bristol’s Floating Harbour was the scene of a daring act when a mysterious man untied a 200-tonne research vessel, the Lady Kate, from its moorings and sent it drifting off into the night! 😮 Caught on CCTV, this late-night mischief is not only shocking but could potentially cause millions in damages or even a fatal accident.

Paul Manning, head of oceans at The Extraction Action Alliance, was aboard when the ship started drifting away. Luckily, the situation was controlled before any serious damage occurred. But with high winds, who knows what could’ve happened?
This isn’t an isolated incident either. Local boat owners are concerned as other vessels have been targeted recently. Moorings untied and power cables unplugged—it’s clear there’s a serial vandal on the loose.
“This has to stop,” exclaims Manning. “It’s mindless nonsense with drastic potential consequences!” 🚤💥
The maritime community is on high alert, urging for swift action to prevent these reckless antics. The Harbourmaster and local authorities have been notified, but boat owners in the area are staying cautious.
Here’s hoping this sea scoundrel is brought to justice soon! 🌊👮♂️
