Daring Trio Conquer Three Welsh Summits in Nothing but Underwear

🎒🏔️ Four daring friends from Pembrokeshire stripped down to their budgie smugglers and conquered the Welsh three peaks, all to highlight an important message: it’s OK for men to be vulnerable. Tal Tamilia, Jay Evans, Oliver Rotherero, and Finn Gale took on the chilly challenge to break the stigma surrounding men’s mental health. Their trek aligned with World Suicide Prevention Day and aimed to show that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness. 🏃‍♂️💪

The inspiration came from personal loss, as Tal had lost his cousin, Timothy Reynolds, in 2021, and Jay’s family also suffered a similar tragedy. With a mission to encourage openness about mental health, the group proudly trekked across Snowdon, Cadair Idris, and Pen-y-Fan in less than 24 hours, despite wild weather that forced a pit stop along their journey. 🌧️🥶

The Budgy Boys, as they call themselves, are raising funds for Pembrokeshire and Carmarthen Mind, a charity offering vital support to families affected by suicide. If their bold move inspires you, consider contributing to their cause. 🌟💖
