A tight-knit Toby Carvery lover is turning the world of desserts on its head, crafting roast dinner-inspired cupcakes! Meet Chloe Wallington, an ultimate fan of the beloved British chain, who indulges there once or twice a week instead of cooking at home — and she’s not just stopping at the mains. The mum-of-four from Basildon loves the iconic roasts so much that she recreates them as cupcakes, complete with realistic fondant slices of gammon, Yorkshire puddings, roast potatoes, and even smothering it all in ‘gravy’.

This culinary creativity kicked off when Chloe dabbled in baking post-2021 after having twins. Before long, her newfound fondant skills transformed into a thriving business, Chloe’s Cakes, in 2022. Now, she’s fulfilling all kinds of quirky sweet requests, from Domino’s pizzas to McDonald’s chicken nuggets, even Dairylea Lunchables, all in mini cupcake form!

One of her standout quirky creations was for a Toby Carvery enthusiast’s 70th birthday bash, fashioned into a delightful box of four mini roast dinners for £45 – a hit on TikTok with over 500,000 views! Chloe loves capturing people’s favourites in fondant form, giving cake-lovers a delicious and personalised experience.

Chloe is passionate about making these edible illusions, all topped with purely fondant icing – yup, even the nuggets boxes are good to devour! She’s constantly honing her craft, turning hours of practice into perfectly peculiar pastries. Would you give one of these beautifully bizarre creations a try?
Stay tuned for Chloe’s next imaginative masterpiece – who knows what she’ll whip up next!
