🏉 Exciting Rugby News! 🏉
Great news for the Scarlets as they welcome back Kirby Myhill on an emergency loan! The seasoned Wales hooker is making a return to the Welsh side to provide much-needed cover. The Scarlets have been short in the hooker position due to Marnus van der Merwe’s international duty and Ryan Elias’s injury. Myhill, who recently played for Miami Sharks, brings valuable experience and familiarity with Parc y Scarlets. 🏟️
In other news, an inquest reveals heart-wrenching details about former England rugby player Tom Voyce, who died attempting to cross a swollen ford in Northumberland. At just 43, Voyce was found to have been almost three times over the drink-drive limit when he tragically drowned. The inquest ruled his death as an accident, emphasising the dangerous conditions that night. Thoughts are with his family and friends. 💔
Meanwhile, the French rugby team faces fresh challenges for their autumn Tests. Gabin Villiere is the latest to be sidelined with an injury. The team, already missing key players like Antoine Dupont, will need to adapt as they gear up for the November matches against South Africa, Fiji, and Australia. Les Bleus are sure to put up a fight, but they’ll have to dig deep with a roster that’s feeling the pressure. 🇫🇷
