π¨ Are you officially “over the hill”? π€ According to a survey of 1,000 children aged 7 to 16, doing these ten activities might just label you as old! The kids didn’t hold back when it came to what makes someone look older.

From listening to the radio and watching daytime TV, to grumbling about the weather and doing crosswords, seems like the youngsters have some strong opinions! π»πΊ For them, even those “youthful” 30-somethings aren’t spared from being considered old.

Interestingly, today’s kids think you hit ‘old age’ at just 49. π² Even parents aren’t safe, with nearly half of kids viewing their mums and dads as ancient! One in five believe older folks lose their sense of fun, and one in ten think anyone over 30 gives up on exercise.
Dr. Pallavi Bradshaw of AXA Health Insurance weighs in, stressing how these stereotypes are outdated. Staying active, eating right, and finding joy in your years defies age labels. πͺπ₯
Despite the grey hairs, wrinkles, and aches, all hope isn’t lost! These sharp young minds see advantages in ageing too. More money, life experience, and wisdom await those who live out their years. π°β¨
Remember, whether you’re 30, 50, or even 70, itβs never too late to prioritise your health and live life to the fullest! π
