Imagine booking a tummy tuck only to find out months later that you’re expecting a little bundle of joy! That’s exactly what happened to Gemma Williams, a 42-year-old mum from Swansea. Despite the unexpected twist, Gemma, who recently qualified as a nurse, is embracing life as a mum of four with open arms. She reflects with gratitude and awe at the unexpected arrival in her life.
