🌟 Royal fans, here’s a treat! Prince William took a thrilling trip through time when he visited the famous Tardis at Bad Wolf Studios, home to Doctor Who. 🚀 During his visit, he didn’t just meet the iconic blue box but also toured the set of the upcoming series, The Other Bennet Sister. How cool is that?

Prince William, 43, also met some incredible talent who have risen through the Screen Alliance Wales (SAW) training programme. Thanks to the Prince William BAFTA Bursary programme, these trainees are making waves in TV, and William got to hear all about their inspiring journeys firsthand. 🎬

Jane Tranter, the studio’s chief exec, was thrilled to show the Prince around. She praised the outreach work by SAW, especially in nurturing the next generation of creatives. Meanwhile, the Prince showed genuine interest in how these young professionals are shaping their careers. 🌱
The visit coincided with the studio’s 10th anniversary and saw William engaging with schoolchildren during a delightful puppetry workshop. These workshops use puppets from His Dark Materials to give kids an exciting peek into the TV industry, sparking dreams and creativity. 🧚♂️
Since its start, SAW has conducted 3,772 studio visits and created 149 paid traineeships across popular Welsh TV productions. This initiative is not just about making shows—it’s about building futures!
What an inspiring day at Bad Wolf Studios! 👏✨ #RoyalVisit #TardisTrip #FutureOfFilm #DoctorWho #InspiringGenerations
