Tommy Robinson is facing the courts again! The political activist, whose real name is Stephen Yaxley-Lennon, has been charged with refusing to provide his mobile phone’s PIN to the police. You might remember this follows an incident back on July 28, 2024, at the Channel Tunnel in Folkestone.

Under the Terrorism Act, officers have the power to stop anyone passing through UK ports to check for any potential links to terrorism. During such checks, you’re legally obliged to answer questions and provide electronic device passwords if requested, otherwise, you could be committing a criminal offence.

Robinson, 42, is set to appear at Westminster Magistrates’ Court. It’s all happening as he stands accused of trying to “frustrate” these counter-terrorism powers used by the authorities. Let’s see how this unfolds in court! Stay tuned for more updates! 📱⚖️
