The former school’s journey from a thriving learning centre to a forgotten site is heartbreaking, but this renovation could breathe new life into Llansaint. With ambitious plans for public meetings, committees, and funding applications, the dream is fast becoming reality.
The village, nestled along the Wales Coast Path, has seen many beloved establishments close over the years. Yet, with this new initiative, there’s hope that Llansaint will gain a lively community spot, blending seamlessly with the existing welfare hall.
The project has received unanimous approval from the council’s planning committee, which includes installing additional windows and modern facilities, although parking remains unchanged. 🚗
