The project, proposed by Jones Brothers (Henllan) Ltd and Pobl Group, aims to offer a mix of energy-efficient flats, houses, and bungalows accessible via Elan Avenue.
The project promises to maintain a green and pleasant environment with tree-lined avenues and quality green spaces. While a few trees will need to be removed, many more will be planted to keep the area lush and welcoming. A buffer zone is also in the works to help protect the existing trees within the school’s grounds.
Initially set at 48 homes, the development plan was adjusted after consultations with planning officers, ensuring the design remains spacious and accommodating. The housing will include a range of one to four-bedroom units, catering to diverse needs.
