Their projects have brought in £736.7 million in production spend, with £378.6 million benefiting Wales directly.
Over the past decade, Bad Wolf has created more than 2,100 full-time roles exclusively for Welsh crews, investing £86.1 million in local talent. And it’s not stopping there – the company continues to expand its influence and operations, with an astonishing 47% of its production spend staying within Wales.
Founded by former BBC execs Jane Tranter and Julie Gardner, with a helping hand from the Welsh Government, Bad Wolf has skyrocketed to fame as the UK’s largest independent production company, boasting revenues of £94.2 million! According to the report, for every £1 of government support, a whopping £25.60 is returned in economic value.
