Their hub at Cardiff’s Capitol Centre was due for redevelopment, giving them just 28 days to relocate. Helen McAdie, one of the founders, described the urgency as a moment of déjà vu, mirroring the displacement struggles faced by many of their Ukrainian friends and families.

After a whirlwind of meetings and calls, they found a new home at St Andrews Crescent, still conveniently in the city centre. With crucial support from the National Lottery Community Fund and Monmouthshire Building Society, they’ve secured this new space for two years, complete with fresh flooring ready for the vibrant activities they’re known for.
