Tragedy has struck in Caerau, Cardiff, as 38-year-old Shelley Davies sadly passed away weeks after a car collided with pedestrians outside a local club. The incident occurred shortly after midnight on 27th September. Shelley succumbed to her injuries at the University Hospital of Wales on 18th October.

In a dramatic turn, authorities have charged an 18-year-old local man with her murder. He was initially arrested on suspicion of grievous bodily harm and causing serious injury by dangerous driving. The suspect is now remanded in custody and will appear in court with additional charges of grievous bodily harm related to another victim.
