🔍 By 6 pm, reports confirmed severe delays and one lane closure as teams tackled the debris between J33 (Cardiff West & Services) and J32 (Coryton Interchange). Meanwhile, congestion spilled over to J34 (Miskin), and curious onlookers slowed down the westbound side too.
