In a heartfelt courtroom appearance, Perry’s mother, Suzanne, and his stepfather, Keith Morrison, were present to witness the proceedings. Donned in tan jail attire, Sangha confessed her guilt repeatedly, acknowledging her role in the chain of events leading to Perry’s death. Despite her plea deal, which included maintaining a drug-involved premises and distributing ketamine, she expressed deep remorse for her actions through her lawyer.

The court documents painted a picture of Sangha as a major player in the drug world, notorious for her ketamine dealings between the US and the UK. This guilty plea follows an August agreement and could land her up to 65 years behind bars, although prosecutors are expected to push for a lesser sentence.

Sangha’s attorney, Mark Geragos, highlighted her emotional turmoil and regret over the tragedy, emphasising that she never wanted to be part of such a heartbreaking situation. Besides her ties to Perry’s case, Sangha also admitted to selling drugs leading to the overdose of another individual, Cody McLaury, back in 2019, although this was unrelated to Perry’s case.

Sangha’s guilty plea marks the conclusion of a significant phase in a case that began over a year ago with an intensive investigation into Perry’s death. The organiser of the drug distribution network has now admitted liability and awaits sentencing in what has been a shocking chapter for both Hollywood and those closely involved.
