Witnesses were left in disbelief as they saw the car teetering off the truck’s edge, crashing into several parked vehicles, and completely blocking access to the hospital car park. The incident occurred at the Princess of Wales Hospital in Bridgend on Tuesday morning, leaving many visitors stranded for over an hour as the situation unfolded. 😮
The car, perilously hanging off the recovery vehicle, brought the entire car park to a standstill. Efforts to drag it back on track initially failed, leading to the arrival of a second recovery vehicle to save the day. But not before some serious damage had been done to nearby parked cars!
Eyewitness Russell Spencer-Downe expressed his shock, “I couldn’t believe what I was seeing. It was chaos, and people were stuck for ages.”
Videos captured by onlookers show the intense efforts of three men working in unison to right the toppled vehicle. The footage shows what’s believed to be a white Nissan dangling precariously, creating a jaw-dropping scene in the midst of a normally routine day.
Luckily, after about an hour and a half of commotion, they managed to secure the car and clear the blockaded area. But not without leaving a few frustrated visitors and some heavily dented vehicles in their wake!
