🚗💡 Big changes are coming to Rhondda Cynon Taf (RCT)! Get ready for a whopping £40+ million investment aimed at transforming roads, streetlights, and much more. Here’s how this sizeable budget will make a difference:
1️⃣ **Road Revamp**: A major boost for our highways and footways with over £6 million earmarked. This includes just over £5.8 million dedicated to carriageways, ensuring smoother and safer journeys for all drivers. Plus, £565k is on the way for footpaths and £200k to improve unadopted roads.
2️⃣ **Shining Streets**: With £260k set aside for street lighting, our streets will be brighter and safer. The allocation includes £100k for traffic lights, so expect enhanced traffic flow too!
