🌟 Rugby Drama Alert! 🌟
Tensions are heating up ahead of Wales’ big clash against Japan this Saturday at the Principality Stadium. Former Welsh internationals Jonathan Davies, Alex Cuthbert, and James Hook have been at odds over the upcoming match expectations.
Davies believes the team needs to toughen up, insisting, “We’ve got to stop mollycoddling these players!” Meanwhile, Hook feels confident, saying that after beating Japan in the summer, Wales should walk away with a win this weekend.
But Cuthbert raises a valid point: is the pressure to win justified? The stakes are high, as the result will impact Wales’ spot in the World Rugby rankings and potentially their group for the next World Cup.
Host Lauren Jenkins prompted the trio to discuss whether being the favourites is deserved, or if they should brace for a tougher challenge given past matches.
Hook remains optimistic, stating, “This is arguably a stronger team now at home, so for me, we’re expected to win and I think we will win.”
Catch the match at 5.40pm on Saturday, 15th November, and don’t miss this chance to see if Wales rises to the occasion. Stay tuned for updates and join the conversation! 🏉✨
