🚨 *Drama in Wrexham City Centre!* 🚨
A bit of excitement struck Wrexham yesterday when a “small-scale item of ordnance” was handed to the local police, prompting immediate action. Roads near the police station were quickly blocked off, and the bomb squad swooped in to handle the situation. 😮🚔
Rumours flew on social media, with people guessing it might be a hand grenade. While police haven’t confirmed those speculations, they did alert everyone that something unusual was afoot. This led to part of the city centre, including the library, being cordoned off to ensure everyone’s safety. 🚧
The suspense didn’t last long, though. Specialists assessed the item and swiftly determined it was no threat. The area is now safe, and the cordon has been lifted, so it’s back to business as usual in Wrexham! 🎉
A huge thanks to everyone for staying calm and patient during the drama. 😊👏 What a story to tell, right? Remember to stay vigilant and always report anything suspicious to the authorities. Stay safe and take care, Wrexham! 🏙️❤️
