Despite this, our Red Dragons pulled off a gutsy 2-1 win against Portsmouth! Goals from Sam Smith and Max Cleworth had us cruising, but the second half saw us defending hard after a deflected effort from Zak Swanson tightened the game. ⚽️

Parkinson shared how the team, struggling with low energy levels, managed to hold the line: “We dug deep as a team and restricted them to very few chances. Some of the lads, like Sam and Kieffer Moore, were feeling unwell, but we still came through!”

With 12 games left in the Championship and sitting sixth, the club is focused on halting the bug and getting back to full strength for a play-off push. 🏆

Parkinson added, “We’ll clear the building in the next day or two and come back ready to go again.” The fight isn’t over, and with a team spirit like ours, everything’s still to play for! 🙌

Stay tuned for more updates as we continue our journey this season. Up the Red Dragons! 🐉🔴
