The Ospreys have been boosted by the return of some key players from the Wales squad, including Gareth Thomas, Owen Watkin, Reuben Morgan-Williams, and Harri Deaves. Leading the pack as captain is experienced hooker Sam Parry, supported by Thomas and Rhys Henry in the front row. Ryan Smith and James Fender will lock the scrum, with a formidable back-row trio of James Ratti, Ross Moriarty, and Morgan Morse. On the attack, Cormac Foley at number nine and Jack Walsh at fly-half promise to keep the team competitive, while Keiran Williams and Watkin deliver strength in midfield.
The back three feature Keelan Giles, Dan Kasende, and Iestyn Hopkins, ready to take on Ulster’s defensive line. Replacements include Morgan-Williams and Deaves, ready to make their mark if called upon.
Ulster won’t make it easy, though, with their own strong lineup. Keep your eyes on the likes of Lowry, Kok, and Hume, who are ready to challenge the Ospreys.
