Exciting news for golf enthusiasts in Pembrokeshire! Dawn Till Dusk Golf Club in Rosemarket is planning a fantastic expansion that will transform the course from 12 to 18 holes. Mr and Mrs Young, with help from Preseli Planning Ltd, have put forward a proposal to county planners to add six new holes to this beloved golf spot.
The expansion will take place on land next to the current course and will include landscaping enhancements like new ponds and bunkers, promising an even better golfing experience. There are plans to create a new access route for improved safety when crossing the road near the club, so everything is geared towards a seamless golfing journey.
A bit of background for you: this golf course has been delighting locals and visitors for over 30 years and has around 350 enthusiastic members. The need for additional holes has arisen from increasing demand and, of course, those wet winter months we all know too well. The new layout will bring variety and a dryer course, thanks to some gentle elevation changes, making it playable throughout the year.
Whether you’re a regular or planning to visit soon, this expansion is set to enhance the club’s viability and charm. Stay tuned as the proposal goes under review by Pembrokeshire Council planning officers. Your next round at Dawn Till Dusk might just be on a brand new fairway! ⛳️
