🚨 **Shocking Discovery in Wales** 🚨

A 59-year-old man, previously convicted of horrific child-related offences, has been caught with disturbing images on his phone. After trying to start afresh in Wales, this predator, already on the sex offenders register, was back in the spotlight for all the wrong reasons.

It turns out that the National Crime Agency flagged his suspicious online activity, leading to his arrest. Cops uncovered 23 indecent images, including the most severe types depicting child abuse, involving victims as young as four years old.

Despite moving to a quieter part of Wales and claiming to avoid any contact with potential targets, he admitted he still struggles with his grotesque attraction. 😡
His defence tried to argue he’s made efforts to change, but the court wasn’t buying into it entirely. Although handed a 16-month prison sentence, it’s suspended for 18 months. Instead of immediate jail time, he’ll complete a rehabilitation course and other community-based punishments. A Sexual Harm Prevention Order is now in place, but can it really ensure safety? 🤔
This case serves as a grim reminder, highlighting the challenges in managing offenders once they’ve served their initial sentences. 🕵️♂️
