In a heart-wrenching turn of events, the court is set to sentence Alexander MacCallum today for causing the tragic deaths of Tenby couple, Adam Muskett, 27, and Katie Worrell, 25. The couple lost their lives in a catastrophic crash when their car was hit by MacCallum’s Jaguar XKR on the busy A477 in Carmarthenshire on June 13, 2024. Despite the valiant efforts of emergency services, the young pair couldn’t be saved.

Adam’s family remembers him as a beacon of warmth and cheer, a beloved son, brother, and friend who adored football, his hometown Tenby, and of course, Katie. They lament, “How do we move on without your big kind heart and cheeky smile?”

Katie, a bright and ambitious spirit, is fondly remembered by her family. A daughter, sister, and friend who embraced life fully, she had a Masters degree and loved to travel. Her family shares, “Katie was kind, caring, and beautiful. Our lives will never be the same without her.”
As the court proceedings unfold, emotions run high. MacCallum, 28, of Pembroke Dock, has pleaded guilty to two counts of causing death by careless driving. Today, justice will be sought as families and friends gather to see the outcome of this heartrending case.
