🎉 Exciting times at Swansea City! 🎉
Tough news for Swans fans – it looks like Ishe Samuels-Smith won’t be hitting the pitch again this season. The defender has returned to Chelsea for injury treatment, marking the end of his stint with us after just eight appearances. We wish him a speedy recovery! 💪
In other news, big changes are underway behind the scenes. With Adam Worth stepping down as head of recruitment, the club is on the hunt for a new sporting director. 🕵️♂️ This decision is all about bringing stability and enhancing our team’s performance. Coach Vitor Matos is focused on getting the most out of the squad for the rest of the Championship campaign and is positive about the club’s vision for the future. 🌟
Matos emphasised that the right sporting director will drive the club’s ambition to step up every department and improve our support for the team. More than anything, it’s about building a club culture that supports success both on and off the pitch. 🔥 “It’s about what you do with change,” says Matos. We’re all eager to see how these exciting developments will shape our beloved club.
Let’s keep cheering on the Swans and looking forward to what the future holds! 🦢⚽
