☀️ Sunshine Alert for Wales! ☀️

Get ready for two glorious weeks without rain as high pressure takes the spotlight, blocking those pesky wet weather fronts. Forecasters predict minimal rainfall for the rest of April into May, with only the odd light shower making an appearance.

This week, temperatures are set to soar to a delightful 20°C, promising plenty of sunshine across the country. According to the Met Office, high pressure from the north will keep conditions settled, ensuring that the sun stays out and temperatures steadily climb.
BBC weather expert Matt Taylor forecasts a dry spell for most of the UK, with rainfall charts showing hardly any rain on the horizon. Similarly, predictions from Netweather show little to no rain for the next 16 days, thanks to the persistent high pressure.
The outlook for early May continues the theme of dry weather, with the BBC suggesting winds will ease and showers will be scarce. The Met Office also indicates high pressure will dominate up to May 5, bringing clear skies and sunny spells. Don’t be surprised if there’s a sprinkle of rain in the west and northwest, but overall, the forecast is sunny and dry.
So, dust off those picnic blankets and sunglasses and enjoy the sun-kissed days ahead! 🌞
