🚨 Exciting times in Welsh rugby! 🚨
RGC’s standout winger, Caio Parry, is making a big move to the Dragons! After a brilliant season in Super Rugby Cymru, crossing 14 tries in just 19 matches, Parry’s dazzling performance on the pitch caught everyone’s eye. He’s not just about scoring though; he’s been beating defenders and breaking lines consistently. With experience in the GB 7s, this 20-year-old is one to watch! 🏉🔥
RGC coach Jon Callard expressed his excitement about Parry’s next step during an S4C interview, calling the move “fantastic”. Can’t wait to see what Parry brings to the Dragons next season! 🐉
In other rugby highlights, the Scarlets nearly pulled off a win against the mighty Bulls in Llanelli, missing out narrowly. Despite the close defeat, interim director Nigel Davies praised his players for their brave performance. He sees great promise in the team’s future, highlighting their strong execution and determination on the field. 🌟
Meanwhile, over in Northampton, not everyone was cheering despite their Saints’ sneaky 41-38 victory over Bath. Director Phil Dowson voiced concerns, especially with Bath resting players ahead of a European semi-final. He pointed out areas for improvement, particularly in defence and decision-making, but a win’s a win, right? 🌍🏆
