Sibling Cellmates: Brother Joins Older Sibling Behind Bars for Identical Crime

In a twist of fate, Ryan Tucker has joined his older brother behind bars after both were caught for the same crime! Ryan and Nathan Tucker, both hailing from Port Talbot, were running independent cocaine operations straight from their family home. The court heard how the siblings sourced their supplies from Merseyside, with Nathan already serving time after police found a kilo of coke in his possession.

Things took a dramatic turn when police caught Ryan on Boxing Day driving a damaged VW Golf, “covered in cocaine,” leading to a hospital stint and recovery from a medically induced coma. A search of the car unearthed drugs, including 40g of cocaine and nearly 100g of cannabis. Despite initially remaining tight-lipped, Ryan’s phone was later accessed by police, revealing numerous messages concerning drug deals over the past year.

The court acknowledged Ryan’s troubled past, noting his previous convictions and tough upbringing. However, Judge Geraint Walters emphasised the need for Ryan to either change his ways as he approaches 30 or risk watching life pass by with little to show for it. Ultimately, Ryan was sentenced to five years in prison, with the possibility of serving half on licence in the community.

Life certainly has a way of catching up! Let’s hope Ryan makes the most of this second chance and chooses a better path after prison. Stay safe, everyone!
