This hub is set to become a vibrant base for sailing, rowing, and coastal sports, complete with fitness spaces, community events, and even wedding venues! 🚤🎉
The centre aims to bring the community together, offering top-notch training sessions, public toilets, and a Changing Places facility. But first, they plan to transform their existing HQ into 12 flats, raising funds to back this ambitious project. Future visions don’t stop there – a tidal swimming pool and a half-tide harbour could also grace the waterfront.
Already getting support from over 500 survey participants, this project is generating a lot of buzz! However, as it lies within the Mumbles Conservation Area and Gower National Landscape, there are details to iron out. The club is keen to address feedback and push forward with their aspirations. 🌊🏢
