💔 Heartbreaking News from Liverpool: Tragic Accident Claims Young Life

A tragic accident in a Liverpool hotel has resulted in the loss of 21-year-old Chloe Haynes from North Wales. Chloe, described by her mum Nicola as “kind and caring,” was found dead in her room at the Adelphi Hotel after a wardrobe fell on her. The incident occurred during a night out with friends, where Chloe, who worked at Hafan y Mor Haven Holiday Park in Pwllheli, was staying over.

The accident happened in the early hours of September 10, 2022, prompting an investigation by Liverpool City Council’s environmental health team. In recent court proceedings, Britannia Hotels Ltd, the operators of the Adelphi, faced 20 health and safety charges. The case is moving to Liverpool Crown Court in June for further proceedings.

Chloe, who was known for her love of animals and fondly nicknamed “birdy” by her mum, was remembered for her quiet yet blossoming personality. Her friend, who was with her that evening, couldn’t have imagined such a heartbreaking turn of events after a fun night out.
Three men were arrested initially but were released after Chloe’s death was deemed an accident. A man who tried to save Chloe shared the distressing experience of being mistaken as a suspect, highlighting the emotional turmoil that followed.
As the investigation continues, our thoughts remain with Chloe’s family and friends during this difficult time. Rest in peace, Chloe. 💔🌼
