Welsh singing group awaits judgment following showstopping act on UK’s Got Talent stage

🎤✨ The talented Ysgol Gyfun Gymraeg Glantaf Boys Choir took to the stage for the fourth semi-final of Britain’s Got Talent, wowing the crowd with a mesmerising performance of Myles Smith’s “Stargazing.” Though they dazzled with harmonising skills and powerful vocals, they narrowly missed out on a spot in the final.

Judges couldn’t help but shower the choir with praise. Amanda Holden said their rendition could be the next John Lewis Christmas soundtrack, while KSI was all smiles, describing it as “absolutely marvellous.” Alesha Dixon applauded their song choice and bravery, and Simon Cowell acknowledged the choir’s incredible dynamics, saying, “That’s what a choir should sound like!”

The journey to the semi-final wasn’t easy. After completing their exams, the dedicated choir members left Cardiff for the big performance. Their conductor, former X Factor contestant Lloyd Macey, proudly stated that the experience was about building confidence just as much as singing. The bonds they’ve created will last a lifetime.
