These amazing individuals organised a surprise graduation ceremony right there in the hospital! They crafted a homemade mortarboard, complete with a tassel, and presented him with a heartfelt scroll to celebrate his achievements.

Elis was later transferred to Morriston Hospital in Swansea for further treatment, but not before experiencing a touching celebration that turned a challenging day into a cherished memory.
