Weekend Retreat Turns Nightmarish as Partner Attacked by Decorator

Jason Beech, 54, revealed his violent temper once again following a boozy night out that led to assaults on his partner. Fresh out of prison for grievous bodily harm, Beech returned to old habits, which culminated in disturbing attacks this year. Everything started at a Swansea pub, where an argument with his partner turned physical, resulting in her shoulder injury. The violence didn’t stop there, as another incident took place during a weekend getaway in Liverpool.

After a visit to the iconic Cavern Club, a disagreement led Beech to forcibly push his partner’s face into a wall. The situation quickly escalated back at their B&B, where Beech repeatedly punched her. The horrifying ordeal ended with him refusing to return her train ticket home and making a chilling remark, “I’ll have you whenever I want.”

Despite his 23 prior convictions covering a range of offences, Beech has now been sentenced to two years for two counts of assault occasioning actual bodily harm (ABH). The judge made it clear that Beech’s violent tendencies are exacerbated by alcohol, stating he cannot be managed in the community for the moment.
