🤯 Exciting rugby clash marred by red card drama! Top 14 leaders Toulouse stormed to a 48-24 victory over Racing 92 in a match full of thrills and spills, but it was Janick Tarrit’s shocking red card that stole the spotlight.
On the brink of half-time, with the score finely balanced at 5-3, Tarrit landed a wild headbutt on Toulouse star Efrain Elias, leaving him in agony and wonder-struck fans buzzing. The video ref had no hesitation, and Tarrit was sent off, altering the course of the match.
Despite Racing’s late surge, Toulouse seized the day, capitalising on the chaos to notch another 5 tries. Antoine Dupont’s return was meant to be the headline, but the real talk was all about that moment of madness from Tarrit.
French media dubbed it “inconceivable” and “stupid,” and further disciplinary action is likely on the cards. What a way to shake things up on the rugby pitch! 🏉🔥 #RugbyDrama #ToulouseTriumphs #RedCardMadness
