🌧️🌬️ Heads up, Wales! Storm Dave is on the way, and it’s packing quite a punch! The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning, highlighting potential “danger to life” due to winds gusting over 70mph. Three areas—Conwy, Gwynedd, and Anglesey—are right in the storm’s path from 7pm Saturday until 3am on Easter Sunday.

Make sure to batten down the hatches and keep an eye on travel disruptions, as the storm could cause significant damage and power outages. If you’re in Ceredigion, Denbighshire, Flintshire, Pembrokeshire, or Powys, a yellow warning is in place from 5pm on Saturday until 7am on Sunday, meaning you should also prepare for strong winds and rain.
Forecasters are expecting very strong southwesterly and westerly winds, and coastal areas might even see gusts up to 80mph. Stay safe by securing outdoor items, reviewing your travel plans, and being ready for possible power cuts.

Remember, safety first! Stay indoors as much as possible, avoid travelling if you can, and let’s all get through Storm Dave together. 🤞💨 #StormDave #WeatherAlert #StaySafeWales
